Delivery

All our teas and coffees are packed fresh to order and we aim to dispatch within
2 / 3 business days. Occasionally we may be awaiting a new roast of coffee or shipment of tea in which case we would notify you if we expected a slight delay.

International orders ( max 2kg inc. packaging ) will take slightly longer depending on your world location. We do offer a Tracking Option at an extra cost of £ 4.95 for our European orders per 2kg item ( advisable for certain countries ).For non Uk deliveries we do not hold responsibility for parcels lost or missing in the post. All parcels have a return delivery address to our factory. If orders are returned to us the product cost will be refunded.

In Kent and Sussex we have our own fleet of vehicles delivering to our wholesale customers but for further afield we use our courier UK Mail. Some areas such as the Scottish Islands and Nothern Ireland may attract a small surcharge.

For Online private customers we use the Royal Mail. As you check out you will have the option of 1st class post, 2nd class if your parcel is under 1kg or Royal Mail Standard Parcel.
