Earl Grey Tea . This old favourite English Tea has quite a history. Named after Charles Grey British Prime Minister during the reign of King William IV in the 1830's. 
Earl Grey Tea is a blend of black teas. It is very important to achieve the correct balance of teas. Our blend combines teas from India , China and Ceylon. The exact recipe is a guarded secret ! Scented with natural oil of bergamot giving the tea its distinct citrus taste and aroma. Some teas take and hold the oil of bergamot much better than others and getting the balance right is the art. |
