Longjing Tea is the Chinese for this wonderful tea. A hand picked Green Tea from Hanngzou in the Zhejiang Province of China sometimes known as Dragon Tea.. In China this tea has a great reputation for being one of the best teas and often served to impress guests . Longjing is "unfermented" with heat applied soon after picking to halt the natural fermentation process.

When brewing best to wait until after boiling when the water reaches approx 80 degrees ( brew for 3 - 5 minutes ) the liquor appears yellow green colour , with a soft / gentle aroma and a rich taste.
