Japanese Gyokuru Green TeaJapanese Gyokuru Green Tea One of Japan's rarest, finest quality teas and expensive. This tea unusually for Japan is grown under shade. Locally known as "Jade Dew" because of the pale green infusion. When brewing it is best to use water at between 50 to 60 degrees C , sometimes even cooler. Best to warm the pot and cup beforehand.
