Green Tea

Organic Matcha. Traditional green powdered tea from Japan. The traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony is based on using Matcha. This Tea is grown under shade conditions like Gyokuru. After drying the tea is very delicately stone ground. For brewing the water should be at approx. 80 degrees and a tea whisk applied to make a smooth liquor without lumps.
