Song Zhen Tea has a fine needle like Green and White leaf with a slight twist resembling Pine Needles (also known as Pine Needle Tea). The tea is manufactured in the Hunan Province which is situated in South Central China. The liquor is light and bright with a sweet, yet slightly nutty character. To brew this tea it is best to use approximately 3g of tea per cup and to infuse for 4-5 minutes with water that is freshly drawn, boiled and allowed to cool for 2 minutes prior to brewing.
