Ti Kuan Yin Tea - Known as IRON GOD OF MERCY this tea is part of the Ooolong Tea Family and traditionally grown in Anxi county in the Fujian province. Ti Kuan Yin comes from a unique variety of the tea plant Camellia Sinensis and is a semi fermented loose leaf tea. Dark in appearance with a heavy body. A mellow taste with a strong fragrance. The fragrance can lingering over many infusions whilst giving a lighter refreshing taste.
