Japanese Bancha is a grade of tea which falls below Sencha, picked in late spring- the leaf is large and flat. This tea is traditionally drunk in Japan after eating. It contains 70% less caffeine then Gyokuro with a discreet and delicate taste, perfect for green tea beginners.

Brewing Guide-Brew with water at 75-80 degrees and infuse for 1 minutes.
