What is Milk Oolong Tea?

Despite its name, Milk Oolong Tea has nothing to do with dairy in any way, shape, or form. The truth is that it derives from a specific cultivar of the Camellia sinensis (Tea) plant known as Jin Zuan.

3. Boil fresh water and allow it to cool to temperatures between 80°C and 90°C.
   
   
4. Steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Any longer and you risk creating a bitter taste.
