Signature Tea
This tea has been created by us for the Grand Hotel, Brighton. A fresh and vibrant take on the traditional Earl Grey, this Signature tea is bursting full of citrus wonder with subtle hints of bergamot. This creates a perfect blend for afternoon tea enjoyment.
Type of Tea- Loose Flavoured Black Tea Blend.
Origin- Tinsukia, Assam, India. Darjeeling, India. Keemun, Anhui, China
Leaf Grade- Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe
Harvest- Mid Seasons Tea
Brewing Guide- using boiling water, brew for 3-5 minutes depending on taste
How to Serve- This tea is best served black or a slice of lemon.
Tasting Notes- A light fresh and vibrant tea with full bodied citrus orange notes and a subtle hint of bergamot.
Colour in Cup- Vibrant copper liquor.
Pack Sizes Available-50g, 125g, 250g, 500g, 1 Kilo. (We pack everything fresh to order, nothing is off the shelf!) We pack all our teas in a unique material which combines card and foil, regarded as the best for retaining freshness and quality.
Storage- In an airtight container.
Health Benefits- Chinese traditional medicine believe that bergamot can assist in reducing anxiety and depression.

Not a good Earl `````Grey in my view. ``My Twinings EG tea bags have a more vibrant flavour!

Famously the blend used in the Brighton Grand Hotel. Quite flowery and slightly less citrus than many Earl Greys.
