Flavoured tea brewing, brewing green tea and of course brewing traditional teas and coffees.
TEA - Speciality Tea
- Always use the best Quality Leaf Tea or Tea Bags.. available to you
- Keep your Teas stored correctly. An airtight container kept at room temperature is best.
- Always draw fresh water before boiling. Do not use reboiled water.
- Measure the tea you are using correctly, teas do vary and we do have tea guides in the product sections.
- As an old fashioned guide it was always said a teaspoon per person and one for the pot.
- Let the Tea brew for the advised time.
Flavoured teas such as Tisanes have a longer brew time whilst green teas soon become
harsh if over brewed.
