Gunpowder Formosa

Gunpowder tea is known mainly to come from China but this one originates from Taiwan and is a higher quality, Tea bushes were planted 300 years ago with bushes from Fuijan Province in China but the near tropical climate and high mountains make a perfect combination for tea growing.

Type of Tea- Green Loose Tea

Origin- Taipei, Taiwan.

Grade- Gunpowder.

Altitude- 1500-2500 Feet above sea level.

Brewing Guide- Best brewed for 2-3 mins with water 75-80 degrees.

How to Serve- Best served as it is or with a slice or honey or lemon.

Tasting Notes- True to its name, this tea has mellow smokey notes and a grassy aroma.

Colour in Cup- Golden Yellow Liquor.
