Choui Fong Tea Thailand

For over 40 years, Choui Fong Estate has been produced high quality traditional tea with a heavy Chinese influence. Choui Fong is the largest estate compaed to others tea producers in the province. Of Chiang Rai. Growing mainly green, oolong and black loose leaf tea, at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level.

Type of Tea- Loose GreenTea.

Origin- Choui Fong, Chiang Rai, Northern Thailand.

Altitude- 1200 meters above sea level.

Leaf- Large roughly rolled curled leaves.

Brewing Guide-Brew with water at 75-80 degrees and infuse for 2-3 minutes.

How to Serve- Best served as it is. Tasting Notes- A good body and flowery and vegetal, dried grass aroma with very delicate fruity flavours.

Colour in Cup- A champagne yellow liquor.
