Our 100g packet of Dark Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans are made using quality ingredients. These bold, dark, and aromatic coffee beans are at the core of the chocolate coffee beans. Every coffee bean is dipped in dark chocolate that contains sugar, cocoa, oil, and palm fat. Each bite is smooth and velvety.
Emulsifier and glazing agents like gum arabic and shellac (E904) are responsible for the smooth texture and gloss of the coating. The whey (functional MILK) added into the coating provides needed smoothness. Our dark chocolate has 35% cocoa solids and an added vegetable fat which smoothens the chocolate on the palate because we want the chocolate to be velvety.
The first step of our process is the roasting of the coffee beans which helps to develop the full-bodied flavour. With an above room temperature coating device, each of the beans is fully available sculpted with dark chocolate. Once the beans are dry, they are polished using glazing agents to add the shine.
