What’s in the Coffee Bean Selection Gift?
The five varieties found within our Coffee Selection Gift are Italian Roast, Kentish Roast, Colombian Coffee, Rainforest Alliance Espresso and Breakfast Blend. These come in 125g packets, enabling you or a loved one to brew a cuppa time and again.
But what, exactly, can you expect from each type? What different flavours and profiles do they have to constitute the best ground Coffee Selection around?
About Each Type Included in the Selection
The name “Italian Roast Coffee” refers not to the origin of the beans but the method used to make Coffee at high heat. This results in an infusion with sweet, syrupy and nutty notes with undertones of peanut butter and butterscotch.
Meanwhile, Kentish Roast is one of our flagship products, a beautifully complex-tasting blend of Ethiopian Mocha, Indian Mysore and other Asian Robusta Coffees.
Next up is Colombian Coffee, which, as you’d expect, comes from the South American county of the same name. Colombia creates 12% of the world’s Coffee, currently recognised as the fourth-largest producer after Brazil, Vietnam and Indonesia, respectively.
When brewed, it offers notes of dark chocolate, blackcurrant and citrus peel – a match made in heaven.
Then there is Rainforest Alliance Espresso, so named because it has received certification from the international non-profit organisation that plays a vital role in supporting the environment.
Finally, Breakfast Coffee Blend is the fusing of Brazilian, Costa Rican, Kenyan and Latin American beans. Wholesome and versatile to the last sip, it is the perfect start to your day.
Choose the Grind for You
You’ll also have the freedom to select the grind that suits your needs. Choosing the Cafetiere Coffee Selection Pack is, of course, for those who have a Cafetiere.
Ground Espresso Fine, on the other hand, is ideal for Espresso machines. Ground Medium Fine is for most other devices and utensils. Alternatively, you could get Coffee Beans and grind them yourself at home.
