Green Tea and Elderflowers
The Elder Tree has been used for centuries within Druid medicine, known as “nature's medicine chest”. The Druids believed that the Elder was inhabited by the Elder Mother. The healing properties and antioxidants contained in elderflowers are blended with the already strong antioxidant power of green tea to create a healthy and harmonious, sweet summer brew!
Type of Tea- Loose Chinese Green Tea
Ingredients- Chinese Green tea and Dried Elderflowers.
Brewing Guide- Brew with water at 75-80 degrees and infuse for 2 - 3 minutes.
How to Serve- Best served as it is.
Tasting Notes- This a a refreshing yet delicately sweet blend of green tea and elderflowers with light notes of honey.
Colour in Cup- A bright aquamarine liquor.

I can smell the elderflower and could taste it as an after taste, an undertone. Again this tea just not be just dropped into the tea pot, but measured with consideration, as this company seems to have the best quality green teas around the UK, they are high quality and strong, so a little goes a long way. Good value for money green teas.
