China Sencha Green Tea

This green tea is our popular everyday house green tea and when brewed you get an olive green dark liquor with a sweet note.

Our brewing guidance for our China Sencha Green Tea is to brew with water at 75 to 80 degrees and infuse for 2 to 3 minutes, being careful not to over infuse.

Gunpowder Green Tea

The house Gunpowder Green Tea  is from the Zhejiang Province south of Shanghai and has a strong traditional taste with a tangy aroma

Our brewing guidance for our Gunpowder Green Tea is to brew with water at 75 to 80 degrees and leave to infuse for 1 to 3 minutes 

Lucky Dragon Hyson Organic Green Tea

Our Lucky Dragon Hyson Organic Green Tea is a fine quality Young Hyson grade chinese green tea which is traditionally manufactured and non fermented and is only produced in small crafted batches.

Our brewing guidance for our Lucky Dragon Hyson Organic Green Tea is to brew using water at 80-90 degrees and infuse for no more than 2 minutes.

Jasmine Huang Shan Ya 

Jasmine Huang Shan Yais is one of our most popular jasmine green teas, grown in the mountains of Huangshan in Anhui province. This tea is scented with Jasmine flower to produce a bright delicate green tea.

Our brewing guidance for our Jasmine Huang Shan Ya  is to brew using water at 75 and 80 degrees and leave to infuse for 1 to 3 minutes.
