Naturally grown Gunpowder Chinese Green Tea. This variety of gunpowder is biologically produced in the standard way of wetting the leaves during the short period of roasting followed by the slow drying process which curls and rolls the leaves into the traditional tight ball shapes. This Organic Gunpowder has a high caffeine content which is largely removed if the tea is re brewed.
Brewing instructions: Use water at a temperature of between 75 and 80 degrees and brew for 1 to 3 minutes. Watch the leaves explode and unfurl!
