Description
Japanese Gyokuru Asahi Organic Green Tea. One of Japan's rarest finest quality teas and most expensive. This bio tea unusually for Japan is grown under shade. Locally known as Jade Dew because of the pale green infusion.
Brewing instructions: When brewing it is best to use water at between 50 to 60 degrees C sometimes even cooler. It's also best to warm the pot and cup beforehand. An infusing time of approx 90 seconds is recommended for the first brew. You can infuse this tea again.

The best green tea I’ve tasted. Grassy, malty and very pungent (in a good way!)

Never tried this tea before although a little expensive it is very good and no doubt will buy more in the future - I like the fact that it is organic - most enjoyable.
