This is a green Mao Feng Tea from the Lanxi district of the Chinese province of Zhejiang. Grown in a very fertile area this tea is picked in a specified time frame during March and early April. Two leaves and a bud are picked when at least 2cm in length. A good looking green leaf of even size giving an excellent bright green liquor in cup. A refreshing tea with bright notes.
Brewing Instructions: Brew with boiled water at a temperature of 75 to 80 degrees and leave to infuse for 1 to 3 minutes.
