How to Make Mullein Tea Step by Step

1. Start by gathering your ingredients: Mullein leaves, boiling water, a teapot or infuser and any sweeteners or flavourings you want to add (optional).

2. Place 2-3 teaspoons of Mullein leaves and flowers into a teapot or a teaspoon in a one person infuser.

3. Fill the pot with boiling water and let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes.

4. Remove the Mullein from the pot and strain the tea into a cup using a strainer, cheesecloth or fine mesh sieve.

5. Add any desired sweetener or flavouring such as honey, lemon or ginger if desired. Enjoy!
