Nepal Sencha Green Tea. This New Seasons green tea is very fine indeed. Getting rave revues in Japan and Germany. A silky leaf, even and smooth with dark green leaves. Full of Character and flavour. From the Shree Antu Gurkha Tea estate which year on year is improving and producing some knock out Teas.

Origin: Shri Antu Tea Garden, Illam, Nepal.

Type of Tea: Green Sencha Loose Leaf. High Grown Tea.

Altitude: 4,500 feet  to  5,500 feet.

Brewing Instructions: Brew with a water at a temperature of between 75 and 80 degrees and leave to infuse for 2 to 3 minutes

Taste Notes: Bright infusion with lovely smooth grassy notes.

Nepali Teas are improving every year. The Shree Antu Estate looks out across the border to the famed Indian Tea district of Darjeeling. The estate is managed by the Giri family and they constantly strive to improve the estate management from growing to manufacturing processes.
