Our Tea and Coffee rewards points program has been set up to reward our loyal customers, every time you place an order on our online store your reward points account will be updated. You can choose when you redeem your points, you can either use your points on your next order or you have the option to save them up and use on a future order. When in the shopping cart, you will see an area when the points are applied. Please note our online store does not allow you to place an order if your reward points reduce your balance to £0.00. 

Why Do I Need an Account 

To be entitled to reward points you must have an online account with us, this ensures your points are credited to you as an individual. Customers checking out as a guest are not eligible to receive reward points on their order.

How Much are your Reward Points Worth

For every £1.00p you spend we give you 1 Loyalty Point.

Every 1 Point = £0.02p

100 Points = £2.00p
