  7. Rubbish, too busy to provide good service and ignored my cancellation of order and refund request after not processing it in a timely manner. In distance selling terms not a company I would recommend or want to maintain my custom with. The Sussex tea is a lovely cuppa but this company has outgrown itself as a little fish and is unable to fulfill orders
