Benefits Sussex Tea Loose Tea
This will put a smile on your face - Sussex Tea can improve oral health! Research funded by the Tea Trade Health Research Association has suggested that one of the Black Tea Benefits is reduction of plaque formation as well as restrict bacterial growth. And they are not the only ones to say so, either.
A collaborative study conducted in conjunction with the College of Dentistry at the University of Iowa and the Institute of Odontology at Göteborg University in Sweden has supported this idea - with evidence.
It found that the polyphenolic compounds present in it that can kill or suppress cavity-causing bacteria from either growing or producing acid. The Tea also affected the bacterial enzymes and prevented the formation of the sticky-like material that binds plaque to teeth.

I've bought this tea blend for years. As the team doesn't develop a 'stewed' flavour, it means my husband brews a large pot and then reheat the tea as required.
My husband will not consider using any other tea brand. He also insists on loose tea, never tea bags, so this is the perfect tea for him.Review by Trusted Customer
