Why Choose This Tea?

Most would agree that it’s hard to be strict with oneself when it comes to indulgent goodies. Indeed, we’re constantly bombarded by sugary, fatty foods and drinks that inevitably make us feel guilty. But what, exactly, is the answer?

As it turns out, Wild Berry Fruit Tea is a guilt-free delight from start to finish, containing less than two calories per 8 oz cup! What’s more, it has significantly less sugar content, meaning you can avoid the crash that comes with other treats.

A Brief History of Fruit Tea

It’s likely that people drank brews using herbs and fruit long before the discovery of so-called ‘real’ Tea. However, its popularity as we know it today is, in many respects, an American story.

When colonists grew tired of extortionate Tea taxes imposed by the British Crown, a small group of individuals decided to take action. Dressing up as indigenous people, they boarded a ship in the Boston harbor and dumped 342 chests of Tea into the waters below.

This act of protest went on to become one of the sparks that led to the American Revolution (1775-1783). Yet it came with a price. When Tea availability reduced due to the conflict, locals began searching for alternatives. As a result, Fruit Tea, as well as Herbal Tea, re-emerged as the infusion of choice. This is known as the Boston Tea Party.

Little has changed today. Now, the United States continues to hold beverages such as Wild Berry Fruit Tea in high regard. Why not discover its full potential for yourself? You won’t regret it!

Benefits of Wild Berry Fruit Tea

Can relaxing help you to lose weight? According to a recent study, it’s a possibility! Research suggests that chronic stress disrupts sleep and blood sugar levels. This then leads to increased hunger and combating eating.

Eventually, side effects like these escalate, leading to further disrupted sleep, even higher levels of stress and even more disrupted blood sugars. In time, this doesn’t just cause unhealthy levels of body fat but also increases the risk of type-2 diabetes.

Stopping stress at the source is the potential answer. And what could be more relaxing than a cup of Wild Berry Fruit Tea?
