Yunnan Gold Toppest

Yunnan black tea, also known as 'Dian Hong', is grown in the Yunnan province of China near the boarder of Loas and Burma. The cloud-veiled mountains of Yunnan, create a such humid weather conditions which make for perfect tea growing. This fine grade Yunnan tea is bursting with long golden downy tips which make for a smooth tea with the deep sweet notes of Assam and the complexity of a Keemun.

Type of Tea- Black Chinese Tea.

Origin- Ling Yun, Yunnan Province, China.

Leaf Grade- Extra Toppest

Harvest- 2015

Brewing Guide- Use boiling water (100 degrees) Infuse for 3-5 minutes.

How to Serve- This well rounded and complex black tea can be appreciated with or without milk.
