Welcome to Warwickshire, the birthplace of William Shakespeare and now the home of several brilliant places to get lunch. Indeed, having an Afternoon Tea in Warwickshire is an excellent choice as, hopefully, you’re about to find out!
This county finds itself in the West Midlands region of England. The county town is Warwick, although the largest town is Nuneaton.
It borders Leicestershire to the northeast, Staffordshire to the northwest and Worcestershire and West Midlands to the west. Meanwhile, to the east and southeast is Northamptonshire, to the southwest is Gloucestershire and to the south is Oxfordshire. Its boundaries also include a very small part of the Cotswolds.
Warwickshire has no cities since both Coventry and Birmingham were incorporated into the West Midlands county in 1974. However, there is still a multitude of beautiful towns and villages well worth visiting.
This includes Atherstone, Alchester, Bedworth, Kenilworth, Royal Leamington Spa, Rugby, Southam, Stratford-upon-Avon and Wellesbourne. Whichever one you choose to explore, you’re bound to come across an Afternoon Tea Warwickshire establishment!
