We have been roasting coffee for over 30 years. We started roasting on small gas roasters and had our fair share of dramas and fires! Today we roast our coffees in one of Europe's state of the art roasters which is technically called a Nuehaus Neotec fluidized air-bed system. This uses convection heat transfer to roast the beans. We pride ourselves in the high standards of our roasting programme to ensure we achieve the very best when it comes to consistency and quality. We now roast several tonnes a month!
We have a range of 30 single origin coffees from around the world from the likes of Mexico, Mysore in south India, Java, Ethiopia, Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, and many more, here are a selection of single origin coffee we would recommend, Java Coffee, Costa Rica Tarrazu Dark Roast and Kenya Blend.
