Misty Green Tea is from the Chinese Province of Zheijang which is on coastline of the East China Sea. The province lies to the north of Fujian and to the south of Jiangsu. This is a highgrown loose leaf tea from the western district of Zheijang where the high mountains are often shrouded in fog, with high humidity levels and lower than average temperatures. This production is organic with a rich dark green leaf well manufactured into an even slightly curled appearance. This is a real gem of a tea, one for the Green Tea Connoisseur !

Altitude: 2,500 feet to 3,000 feet above sea level.

Brewing Guide: Use freshly drawn water that has been boiled and allowed to cool to between 75 and 80 degrees. Leave to infuse for 1 to 3 minutes to taste, not forgetting that Green Teas can become bitter if over brewed.
Tasting Notes: A lovely smooth Tea with soft grassy notes, has the character of top Japanese Green Teas.
