Try our New Apple Crumble Fruit Tisane
The Autumnal chill in the air means one thing in Kent, its apple harvest season!
Apples have been a large part of the Kentish way of life since being reintroduced into British society by Henry VIII, who developed an orchard in Teynham. Kent is also the home to the National Fruit Collection at Brogdale, which is home to 2,300 varieties of apple!
And while most of Kent's orchards have significantly reduced over the recent years, They are still grown and harvested between Sittingbourne, Canterbury and Maidstone. Here at the Kent and Sussex Tea and Coffee Co we are surrounded by apple orchards.
And what better way to enjoy the crisp weather than a walk through the beautiful surrounding orchards, in your welly boots and coming home to the smell of freshly baked, home made Apple Crumble filling the house?
Now you don't even have to go through the rigmarole of baking a crumble with our Apple Crumble Fruit Tisane. It is a perfect replica of the Apple Crumble that Grandma use to make with warm notes of apple, chicory and cinnamon.
