How to Make Ashwagandha Tea

People have been making tea out of ashwagandha root for generations. To make it, you will need:

- 1 teaspoon of ashwagandha root tea

- 1 cup of boiling water

- Honey or milk (optional)

Directions: Add the ashwagandha root to a teapot and pour one cup of boiling water over it.

Steep the herbal tea for 10 minutes, before straining it into a cup.

You can add honey or milk to taste if desired.

Tasting Notes: Ashwagandha root tea has a distinct earthy flavour and usually is quite mild. Some people find it to have a slightly sweet aftertaste.

Caffeine Content: Ashwagandha root tea is naturally caffeine-free.
