Bai Mu Dan is an elegant tea from the Fujian Province, it is also refer to as White Peony or Pai Mu Tan. Produced in early spring, it is only the top bud and two top leaves which are used. Due to the health benefits of the tea, they make an excellent choice for those seeking the health benefits of green tea but are averse to its flavour as this tea has a delicate, floral profile.
