Detox Liquorice Tea Benefits
Using Milk thistle extract is used to maintain liver health, protect the liver from toxins such as alcohol, pollution, and liver related diseases. Dandelion Tea Benefits stimulates live function and is used to aid slimming as well as a mild laxative.
Fennel is used to relieve spasms, flatulence and abdominal cramps and acts as a stimulant therefore “them who are fat grown lean. Spearmint to relieve heartburn, nausea, poor digestion. Ginger which is used to relieve heartburn and is flatulence dispelling it also has a powerful flavour to make such a mixture of goodness more appealing to the taste buds!
As does liquorice root, which is used for digestive aliments such as peptic ulcers, as well as bladder and kidney functions, it also creates a wonderful sweet after-taste.
Brewing Guide- Using boiling water, brew for 5-8 minutes depending on taste.
How to Serve- This is best served with honey and a slice of lemon.

Lovely rough cut that it can go straight into a heated flask with built in strainer. After reading that this was not very strong with liquorice I bought some liquorice root to add. Perfect 👌🏼
