Kombucha Plum Green Tea
Kombucha is a fermented beverage made from tea and sugars from various sources including; cane, fruit or honey which provides antioxidants to promote overall health. It is a colony of micro-organisms which has been used in China since the Quin dynasty. We have used a powder in the blend so it dissolves when water is added to brew the tea, we have also added sweet plums and mallow flowers to the blend to create a sweetly intoxicating cup.
Type of Tea- Loose Chinese Green Tea.
Ingredients- Chinese Green tea (93 %), Kombucha powder (maltodextrin, sugar, water, herbal blend (blackberry, raspberry and strawberry leaves, lemon grass, calamus root), green tea, kombucha cultures), flavouring, mallow blossoms.
Brewing Guide-Brew with water at 75-80 degrees and infuse for 1-2 minutes.
How to Serve- Best served as it is.
Tasting Notes- A smooth and silky tea with earthy notes but a delicate sweet, fruitiness to taste. A wonderful subtle tea.
Colour in Cup- A bright green liquor.
