Madagascan Vanilla Chai is another new Chai Tea to add to our extensive range. A fine blend of Teas from Assam, Kerala, Nuwara Eliya, Dimbula and Uva to which we add a unique combination of Indian Spices and the finest essence of Creamy Madagascan Vanilla... delicious! Any Chai Wallah of India would be proud to serve this tea.
Grade- Orange Pekoe
Ingredients- A mix of black teas from India and Sri Lanka, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Black and White Pepper, Clove, Calendula Petals, Nutmeg and Natural Flavourings.
Brewing Guide- We recommend using 1 teaspoon of the leaf, but if you like a stronger tea, then you could use up to 1½. This tea tastes best with freshly boiled water (roughly 100 degrees) and left to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. If you wanted your tea to be stronger, you can leave it for up to 7 minutes.
How to Serve- Best served black. Depending on personal taste, you can add milk and/or sugar.
Tasting Notes- You can really taste the vanilla from the first sip and the ginger leaves a lovely after taste on your tongue.
Colour in Cup- A bright coppery colour

Storage- In an airtight container away from other strong scents and heat. We would recommend using this tea within a year of purchasing.
Health Benefits- Black tea has been said to help aid weight-loss. It also contains a nice level of caffeine to give you a more natural boost without the crash after a few hours. Cinnamon and ginger are very good with aiding indigestion. Ginger can also help calm sickness and clear throats and blocked noses.
