Jin Zhu Mao Jian Green Tea is from the Anhui tea growing district of China. Opening the packet reveals a gorgeous fresh aroma and a wonderful large green leaf.. . stunning! During manufacture the fresh early seasons tea leaves are pan dried.
Brewing instructions: Brew using fresh boiled water at a temperature of approx. 80 degrees and infuse for 2 – 3 minutes. A very healthy tea with a bright yellow green liquor giving a delicate light fragrant taste.

This is hands down my favourite tea. It is delicate, complex and takes tea drinking to another level. Am looking forward to every cup. Tip: Filtered water brings out the aromas even more.

Have only tried this once. Just like what I had from China. Clean fresh taste. I use a small teapot and keep refilling three or four times.

Very good balanced flavour. The taste is what you'd expect from green tea - it is not an extremely sweet variety, nor extremely savoury, but is an excellent example of balanced green tea taste. Large impressive leaves, and very fresh. Highly recommended.
