Tai Ping Hou Kui Green Tea is from the Chinese province of Anhui. One of the most famous Chinese Teas having won many awards. Hou Kui means Monkey King! This is a spectacular looking tea with lovely loose flat tea leaves! In cup the colour of the liquor is a deep green with a fine flowery aroma. A sweet tasting tea full of depth and character.
Brewing instructions: Brew with freshly drawn water that has been boiled and allowed to cool to 80 to 85 degrees and then infuse for 2 to 4 minutes.

Too awkward to deal with.I use a container to hold the tea and the leaves are too big
