Herbal Tea News

Herbal Tea refers not to Black, Green, White or Oolong. In fact, it doesn’t even come from the Camellia sinensis (Tea) plant. Instead, this is a type of Tea that isn’t technically a “Tea” at all! Almost all consumable herbs can be used in the making of Herbal infusions.

Since 2010, global Herbal Tea sales have increased by around 30%. But why, exactly? Taste has a significant role to play. Another factor is its well-documented health benefits.

Indeed, depending on which type you choose, your morning cuppa could improve your wellbeing in a plethora of ways. If you’d like to find out more, be sure to read our blogs below.
