The Kiruwanaganga Estate is one of the highest quality low elevation plantations, with its exceptional strong, aromatic and unusually full bodied tea. This estate stretches over 10 divisions and compromises over 450 Hectares.
Type of Tea- Orthodox Black Sri Lankan Tea.
Origin- Kiruwanaganga, Denuyaya region of the Matara Disrict, Sri Lanka.
Altitude- 900-2000 feet above sea level.
Leaf Grade- Orange Pekoe Silver Tip.
Harvest- Mid season harvest.
Brewing Guide- Use boiling water (100 degrees) Infuse for 3-5 minutes. How to Serve- Best served as it is to fully enjoy this tea Tasting Notes- This tea is a strong aromatic brew with sweet floral, honeyed motes.
