Assam Tea Gingia 2nd Flush GTOP. The Gingia Tea Estate is in the Biswanath Charali district on the north bank of the Brahmaputra river that flows through the middle of the Assam Valley. This Golden Tippy Orange Pekoe grade tea is a 2nd Flush production. This is one of the very best seasons Assam Teas from 2014 well worth a try!

Brewing Guide- We recommend using 1 teaspoon of the leaf, but if you like a stronger tea, then you could us up to 1½. This tea tastes best with freshly boiled water (roughly 100 degrees) and left to infuse for 3 to 5 minuets. If you wanted your tea to be stronger, you can leave it for up to 7 minuets.
How to Serve- This tea is best served black. Depending on personal taste you can add milk, sugar, lemon, honey or mint.
Tasting Notes- A delicious full bodied maltiness.
Colour in Cup- An orange coloured liquor with coppery tones.
