1 flat teaspoon of matcha to a tea bowl and mix with a couple of drops of water to make a smooth paste, upon the tea bowl to ¾ full water at 80°C, mix with a bamboo whisk until a creamy froth forms on the surface

The Matcha Genmai Cha, is a blend of Matcha, Sencha and and toasted rice kernels, this tea contains the health benefits of green tea, Matcha and the sweet nutty taste of the popped rice which results in a cloudy green liquid.
Type of Tea- Loose Green Tea with added rice kernels and Matcha.
Harvest- from Spring to Autumn
Brewing Guide-Brew with water at 75-80 degrees and infuse for 1-2 minutes.
How to Serve- Best served as it is.
Tasting Notes- This tea contains the bitterness of Matcha tea with the sweet caramel, nutty flavours of the rice to create a delicate sweetness and a herbaceous aroma which is smooth and calming.
