Ying Ming Yunnan Ying Ming FTOP is a China Black Tea from the province of Yunnan. A fine quality hand crafted Flowery Tippy Orange Pekoe. A very nice looking tea with plenty of tips.

Brewing Guide- We recommend using 1 teaspoon of the leaf, but if you like a stronger tea, then you could use up to 1½. This tea tastes best with freshly boiled water (roughly 100 degrees) and left to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. If you wanted your tea to be stronger, you can leave it for up to 7 minutes.
How to Serve- Best served black. Depending on personal taste, you can add Milk, Sugar, Lemon, Honey or Mint.
Tasting Notes- This is a spring time harvested tea that has an excellent full body with a delicate sweet flavour
Colour in Cup- A lovely deep coppery red colour.
