Brewing Guide- We recommend using 1 teaspoon of the leaf, but if you like a stronger tea, then you could use up to 1½. Tasting Notes- This is a spring time harvested tea that has an excellent full body with a delicate sweet flavour

Colour in Cup- A lovely deep coppery red colour.
