Description

Ying Ming Yunnan Ying Ming FTOP is a China Black Tea from the province of Yunnan. A fine quality hand crafted Flowery Tippy Orange Pekoe. A very nice looking tea with plenty of tips.

Grade- Flowery Tippy Orange Pekoe (FTOP)

Ingredients- Chinese Black Tea

Brewing Guide- We recommend using 1 teaspoon of the leaf, but if you like a stronger tea, then you could use up to 1½. This tea tastes best with freshly boiled water (roughly 100 degrees) and left to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. If you wanted your tea to be stronger, you can leave it for up to 7 minutes.

How to Serve- Best served black. Depending on personal taste, you can add Milk, Sugar, Lemon, Honey or Mint.

Tasting Notes- This is a spring time harvested tea that has an excellent full body with a delicate sweet flavour

Colour in Cup- A lovely deep coppery red colour.

Pack sizes available- 50g, 125g, 250g, 500g, 1 Kilo. ( We pack everything fresh to order, nothing is off the shelf ! ). We pack all our teas in a unique material which combines card and foil, regarded as the best for retaining freshness and quality.

Storage- In an airtight container away from other strong scents and heat. We would recommend using this tea within a year of purchasing.

Health Benefits- Black tea has been said to help aid weight-loss. It also contains a nice level of caffeine to give you a more natural boost without the crash after a few hours.
